I was travelling from Nairobi to Mau Summit in an Eldoret Express reg.KCG750M and on reaching my destination, I requested the conductor to assist me remove my luggage from the boot, only to be told that it had be dropped at Nakuru. It did not stop there the conductor became hash and abusive. The driver then drove off and I was left looking like a fool.”
