Eldoret Express Bus Online Booking
If this what brought you to this page, then, allow me to disappoint you, this bus company does not have a booking portal, leave alone a website. They do have a Facebook though.
This means it is impossible to make any booking online. Like typical Kenyan Matatus, you are left with one, option, walk to the bus stations and get yourself a ticket, board the bus and wait for other passengers.
And the wait can be very nerve-racking. You have to be very patient as it can take you up to 6 hours for the bus to finally leave after it is full.
These buses do not have a timetable and will only leave once the bus is full of passengers. If you want to test your patience, then try travelling with Eldoret Express bus.
Moreover, they do not have fixed fares along the routes, which change with the traffic available. You could pay triple the price especially during peak seasons.
In short, you cannot book Eldoret Express Bus online.

What do customers say?
We always bring reviews from users to give you a glimpse of what to expect. With a rating of 2.8 out of 5 in there Facebook page, they are not doing very well.
Here are some of the reactions from passengers who used Eldoret Express Bus.
Anne Buyanzi Says, “Eldoret express is seen to be the best but not best, the personnel employed there are very ignorant to listen to client , i traveled with KCT167T , The driver was so drunk you cant(cannot) come to any agreement so pathetic.”
Dan Dan says, “I have head of ignorant people but I think yesterday I came across the most ignorant of them all. I was travelling from Nairobi to Mau Summit in an Eldoret Express reg.KCG750M and on reaching my destination, I requested the conductor to assist me remove my luggage from the boot, only to be told that it had be dropped at Nakuru. It did not stop there the conductor became hash and abusive. The driver then drove off and I was left looking like a fool.”
Lastly here is what Eugene Oketch says, “Worst transport ever. We have been stranded at the bus office in Kisumu for nearly five hours now and we paid a fee of 1000 each….plus the staff are rude towards the customers…they refused to drive us to Nairobi instead they brought in another company’s bus called Sony….worst experience ever….never again will I use Eldoret express again..#lastTime.”
For these comments, it is not difficult to see why they have such a low rating. In fact, I did not find a single positive review.
Eldoret Express Bus is that that you take when all options have been exhausted. You can use better buses such as Easy Coach, Modern Coast, and Dreamline or shuttles such as North Rift, Blueline, Classic Luxury, and Prestige among others.
