Here I bring you the Nokia 8.3 5G Price in Kenya and Full specifications. In 2019 we you brought you the Nokia 9 Pure View and though the phone was good especially with its cameras, it had its own limitations. The Nokia 8.3 5G looks to correct these limitations.
If your mind serves you well, you will remember that the Nokia 9 pure view was not released to the masses ant it came with a premium price tag. HDM Global looks forward to bringing you the Nokia 8.3 5G to the masses and hopefully make you enjoy another great phone.
The Nokia 8.5 5G is being sold as a flagship phone of year 2020. It has a great display, ZEISS branded cameras and 5G support that accommodates more bands than the closest competition.
The phone manufacturer say that the
Nokia 8.3 5G is equipped with all that tech to future proof it – and its lower
sticker price should, at least when it hits store shelves, be appealing to
potential buyers.
So what are some of its
specifications in a nutshell? Well here we go.

Techno is the most sold phone in East Africa accounting for 47 percent in
the last quarter of 2019. According to data by International Data Corporation
(IDC), techno shipments to the region were the largest.
Samsung follows closely at 13 percent of regional shipment, the second most popular phone manufacturer but is closely followed by Infinix at 10 percent, itel at 9 percent and Huawei at six percent all manufactured phone in China.
Brands such Tecno, itel, Infinix, Oppo, Xiaomi, and Huawei dominate the East
Africa’s smartphone market, accounting for 85 percent of total shipments in
2019.
The Chinese brands tipped the scales against globally established brands such
as South Korea’s Samsung and LG, as well as Finnish brand Nokia, by offering
devices with high-end specifications that are cheap.
Transsion, a Chinese manufacturer commands the biggest share of imports at
70.8 per cent with the combined brands of Tecno, itel, Infinix targeting varied
consumer segments across the region.
Jumia Kenya has announced that it will stop use of cash for payments. This comes in the wake of the COVID-19(novel corona virus) that has brought the world to a standstill.
Talking to the media, Chief executive Sam Chappatte said all
customers must pay via mobile money or bankcards via JumiaPay platform.
He further added, “This is according to Central Bank of
Kenya guidelines that we deter use of cash as it has been found to be a major
vector for Coronavirus infections. You can pay upfront or await delivery to
make payments via mobile cashless platforms,” he said.
Jumia has witnessed brisk activity fueled by a rising number of shopping requests for essential products bought and delivered directly to homes, even as the government struggles to enforce a partial lock down.
Mr Chappatte said demand for groceries, ready-made foodstuff
as well as home cleaning products and other household items had shot up as
Kenyans remained indoors as the country grapples with the COVID-19 scourge.
Mr. Chappatte’s statement comes as Jumia brings its customers the Techweek promotion that began on 16th March 2020 and runs to 27th March 2020.
Techno is set to launch the Camon 15 Series in Kenya in April of 2020.
Well, the Camon 15 is about to get here – but at least it is off the shelves
for the next couple of days.
So expect the official unveiling to be on April 2020, that if the current Corona Virus pandemic will not disrupt the ceremony.
The Techno is set to launch the Techno Camon 15 series in Kenya after a
successful launch a fortnight ago in India.
The phone comes in two variants: The Camon 15 Premier, Camon 15 and the Camon 15 Air. However, sales begin two days earlier than the lauch date on April 10, 2020.
The spec sheet I have for the normal 15 reveals that the 6.55-inch display is still capped at HD+. The battery has grown to 5000 mAh, which is not surprising because TECNO never is known for having the largest batteries in their phones.
Moreover, there is a quad-cam system on the rear with a 48 MP main sensor.
The selfie snapper is a capped at 16 MP.
The Camon 15 Premier is the same device but with a small 4000 mAh battery,
the same rear camera arrangement and a motorized selfie snapper that gives the
FullHD+ display a clean and uninterrupted look.
The Air 15, for the moment, is under wraps but we figure it will be the
cheapest of the trio.
Also worth noting is that none of the phones have USB Type-C, and there is
no form of fast-charging anywhere. Kind of a bummer, actually, but we will have
full details once the launch has been done, and the reason for these decisions.
Huawei is launching the Huawei Y6s in Kenya, here is the price in Kenya and
full specifications. The phone is not yet in the Kenyan market, but as soon as
I lay my hands on it, you can expect an in-depth review of the device.
The Huawei Y6s is an upgrade of the Huawei Y6 Prime that was launched in the
Kenya last year. It keeps most of the specifications only that you will be able
to get more RAM, a powerful processor and of course, a better design.
Huawei Y6s smartphone runs on Android v9.0 (Pie) operating system. The phone is powered by Octa core, 2.3 GHz, Cortex A53 processor. It runs on the MediaTek Helio P35 Chipset. It has 3 GB RAM and 32 GB internal storage.
The Huawei phones have somehow been able to be a darling of many Kenyans
ever after the ban on them by Google last year. This phone comes will all
google apps, so if you are planning to buy one, this should not be an issue to
worry about.
