Western Coach Online Booking; Location and Contacts

Western Coach Online Booking? Can it really be done from the comfort of your home?

I sought to find out and bring you the truth about this bus services. However, before we can go deep into this, we may need to understand more a bit this bus service.

Western Coach is a bus company that operates from Nairobi to Western Kenya as the name suggests. Some of the destinations from Nairobi are:

    • Majengo.
    • Mbale.
    • Chavakali.
    • Khayega.
    • Kakamega.
    •  Shianda.
    • Mumias.
    • Bungoma.
    •  Busia.
    •  Luanda.
    • Butere.

Now, if you are seeking to book coach bus online, then I have very bad news for you. The bus company does not have a website.

I however found a Facebook page that provides some information about the company. This means that if you are looking to book a bus, then you only have one option, to walk to their offices and get a physical ticket.

Western Coach Online Booking Contacts Information

It will only be fair for me to provide you with contact information and the physical address because as explained, you cannot get a ticket online.

    Here is the information

    Company name

If you want to get a ticket from Western Coach, then you will have to go physically its offices at River Road, just past Modern Coast Offices. Another option you have is to call them and ask if they can give you a ticket, though I doubt if this works.

One thing I learned during my research about this company is that there are so many negative reviews. These so many complains from delayed departure time to unethical handling of passengers.
