And most often if you what some information or are in need of a particular services. More than once I have found myself looking for the nearest shop, yet the only one that I know of maybe far from where I am. Only to discover that there was one right at my back.

I have listed below all the Safaricom shops within Nairobi, their location and there working hours. These offer traditional Safaricom services such as Mpesa, sim replacement and others.

• JKIA Branch

Location: Jomo Kenyatta International Airport (JKIA), at gate 6 and 11.

Working Hours: From 6.00am-12.00 midnight daily.

• Bomas Branch

Location: Bomas of Kenya of Langata Road.

Working hours: 8.00am-8.00pm Monday to Saturday. On Sunday and public holidays opens from 9.00am-6.00pm.

• Junction Mall

Location: Junction Mall along Ngong Road.

Working hours: 8.00am-8.00pm Monday to Saturday. Opens FROM 9.00am- 6.00pm Sunday and public holidays.

• Buruburu Branch

Location: Buruburu shopping centre, alongside Buruburu Equity bank.

Working Hours: From 8.00am-7.00pm Monday through Saturday. On Sunday and public holidays it is usually closed.

• Eastleigh Branch

Location: Eastleigh Estate along General Wairunge Road at the Nomad Place hotel.

Working Hours:  From 8.00am-6.00pm Monday to Saturday. Closed on Sunday and public holidays.

• Nakumart Mega Branch

Location: At the Nakumart supermarket Mega branch along Uhuru highway and opposite the Nyayo National Stadium.

Working Hours: From 9.00am- 6.00pm, Weekdays and Saturday. One Sunday opens at 10.00am and closed at 5.00pm.

• Moi Avenue Branch

Location: On Moi Avenue at the Shankardass house on the ground floor and next to the Kenya Cinema.

Working Hours: From 9.00am-6.00pm weekdays and Saturdays. On Sunday opens at 10.00am and closes at 2.00pm. Remains closed during public holidays.

• I&M Branch

Location: At the I&M building in the CBD along Kenyatta Avenue.

Working Hours: From 9.00am-6.00 pm Monday through Saturday. Opens 10.00am to 4.00pm Sunday and closed during public holidays.

• Kimathi Branch

This is the most famous of all Safaricom shops in Nairobi, probably due to its strategic position.

Location:  Kimathi Street at the Balfour building next to the Nation Centre Building.

Working Hours: From 9.00am- 6.00am from Monday to Saturday. Closed on Sunday and public holidays.

• Sarit Centre Branch

Location: At the Sarit Centre in Westlands. Situated at the ground floor of the building.

Working Hours: From 9.00am-6.00pm, Monday through Saturday.

• Village Market Branch

Location: At the Sarit Centre in Nairobi Westlands along Limuru road.

Working Hours: Opens from 9.00am-5.00pm Monday through Saturday, although closes an hour early on Saturday. On Sunday, opens at 10.00am to 6.00pm.
