Lava smart phones are now available in Kenya. This means that consumers have a wide range of Smart phones to choose from.
You may not have heard about lava, that is expected, but for your reading pleasure, Lava is a company that has its origins in India.
Kenya being a consumer of smart phones from the China, this new entrant offers some competition and variety.
Already Lava is available in countries such as Egypt, Nigeria, Sudan and Ghana. Kenya is now their newest market.
These phone are already on Jumia Kenya, and other retail shores in Kenya.
What to expect from Lava smart phones
Here are some of the gadgets that are already in the Kenyan market.

- Lava Z92
- Lava Lava Iris 42 and Iris 51
- Lava Z50 Pro
I have not had the chance to un-box one, but from the look of things, the Lava Z92 may be a hit in the market.
One thing that stands out from this brand of phones is that they are cheap. Most retail at between Ksh. 1200 to Ksh. 12000. Off course the Lava Z92 being the dearer of them all.

From the look of things, the Lava Z92 isn’t a bad gadget. I am looking forward to un-boxing the phone and bring you more information.
It is anticipated that the Lava brand of phones will take on the competition and get a share of the Kenyan market.
