Biography
Audiphaxed Peter Omwaka was born to a single mother in Kitale, Trans Nzoia County. According to information gathered by ShopaXo, his mother conceived him while in school, and as a result, she received a rejection from her mother and the father of the child.
Having been sent away by her mother, Guardian Angel’s mother settled with a well-wisher until she brought forth the child. Guardian Angel was then raised by his grandparents who took him to school but had to send him away to his father later for fear of him asking for his inheritance. Â
However, as the story goes, Guardian Angel did not have a chance to meet his father who not only rejected him in childhood but in his teenage years.
As fate would have it, after this rejection, Guardian Angel found himself in the streets living as a street boy, at a time his mother had lost her job and had nowhere to live. He survived on the streets by selling garbage, receiving donations from well-wishers, and receiving handouts.
It is on the streets that he was rescued and sent to Ahadi Children Home where he found accommodation and honed his music skills.
Music Career
As earlier said, it is at Ahadi Children Home that Guardian Angel began his music career. He developed as he entered high school in the year 2011. During the school talent shows, his star begun to rise. It is at the music and drama festivals that he cemented his music prowess by winning several awards.
